Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 781 Riga 2007 (November 20. 65. § 6) procedures for registered persons who paid maintenance from the maintenance guarantee fund and debtors, as well as issuing news on those persons Issued in accordance with the maintenance Guarantee Fund Act, article 4, paragraph 3, and for the rights of the Child Protection Act, paragraph 2 of article 65.3 1. determines the order in which the recorded persons who paid maintenance from the maintenance guarantee fund (hereinafter Fund), and the debtor, as well as news about the issue. 2. Persons who are paid from the Fund, and maintenance debtors registered maintenance guarantee fund and debtors register (hereinafter register). 3. the register is a public information system. The registry administrator's maintenance guarantee fund administration (hereinafter-Fund Administration). 4. the register shall include the following information: 4.1 the applicant's name, surname, personal code and the declared place of residence;
4.2. the applicant's child (which required maintenance) name, surname and personal code;
4.3. the date of filing of the application;
4.4. date of adoption of the decision on maintenance payment, refusal to pay maintenance, the maintenance cost of the interruption or termination, the number of the decision and the amount of maintenance to be paid to each child;
4.5. the debtor's name, surname, personal code and the declared place of residence;
4.6. information on the debt and the debtor, recover from the resources. 5. These regulations 4.1 and 4.2 of the information referred to in the register shall include, on the basis of the applicant's application for payment of the maintenance messages. 6. The register is on-line with the population register that supports this rule 4.1, 4.2 and 4.5 in receipt of messages needed. 7. the administration of the Fund, through the online mode with the population register, the register provides news updates. 8. The register shall include the particulars inserted in the archives of the registry, if the administration of the fund adopted decision: 8.1. termination costs for maintenance under the maintenance Guarantee Fund Act, article 10, first paragraph, point 4;
8.2. the maintenance cost of the termination or suspension of the law of civil procedure and article 565 sixth in the order, have ensured the absence of claims against the debtor. 9. the register shall include the details of persons who, in accordance with the laws and regulations are entitled to receive them, the administration of the Fund shall be issued by: 9.1 in person, if the person concerned presented identity documents;
5.7. sending by mail;
9.3. using the electronic media;
9.4. using online data transmission. 10. The right to be included in the registry are: 10.1. natural persons-yourself;
10.2. the State and local authorities-messages that need work or service;
10.3. sworn court bailiffs-messages that are necessary to recover the maintenance. 11. the register shall include the details of the administration of the Fund shall be issued, on the basis of a written request or agreement. 12. using the online data transmission, the information contained in the register, the administration of the Fund shall be issued on the basis of a written agreement between the administration of the Fund and report of the applicant stating: 12.1. amount of messages to be served their purpose of use and the order in which the Fund Administration shall examine the use of the terms, as well as the validity of the request message;
12.2. a message requesting your name and ID code (legal person-name and registration number in the register of taxable persons);
12.3. the permanent internet protocol address that clearly indicates to the user's computer data transmission network;
12.4. the competent person's telephone number and electronic mail address, which is entitled to request relevant information. 13. If the news from the register shall be issued, on the basis of a written request, the request shall indicate: 13.1. message requesting your name and ID code (legal person-name and registration number in the register of taxable persons);
13.2. the declared place of residence (legal person – legal address);
13.3. the message of the need for justification;
13.4. the objectives of the use of terms;
13.5. the required message volume and type of service. 14. the veracity of the information contained in the message, the applicant confirms with a signature. 15.
