Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 790 in 2007 (November 20. 65. § 22) technical rules issued by the equipment in accordance with the social services and social assistance law 13.1 the second subparagraph and article 25 of the second and third part i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. the order in which persons receive assistive technology, as well as a chain of technical AIDS;
1.2. to be financed from the national budget, the list of technical AIDS;
1.3. the order in which the recipient of the service places his lump-sum contribution, receive assistive technology on the national budget. 2. 3.5. organized industrially technical AIDS (annex 1 of these rules 60.-77., 136, 139-141., 145-149, and 152-164 under section) and industrially, individually customizable technical AIDS (annex 1 of these provisions, 47, 1, 49-52, 78-135, 137, 138, and 142 143. under section) procurement when procurement procedures;
3.6. organized industrially, individually customizable technical AIDS (this rule 150. of annex 1 and the specified in paragraph 151) service providers and individual technical AIDS to be produced (this provision 2 of annex 1 to 46, 48, 53, 59 and 144-point specified) service provider selection procedure. II. Technical AIDS for the receipt of order 4 for technical aid, the person at the Centre of the identity documents presented and submitted written submissions 4.1: indicating your personal data (name, surname, personal code, passport data, home address, phone) and the necessary technical aid;
4.2. in the opinion of the treating doctor (annex 2), showing: 4.2.1. personal functional disturbance of existence, type, severity, and the need for technical AIDS;
4.2.2. the grounds for the issue of the technical AIDS as a matter of urgency in order for persons with disabilities and of the first movement of children;
4.3. the power or the right to a copy of the identity document (the presentation of the original), if the technical aid receives the authorised person or legal representative. 5. for Annex 1 of these regulations, paragraph 128 technical aid, in addition to those provisions referred to in paragraph 4 of the document submitted to the Latvian Paralympic Committee or other established in the Republic of Latvia Sports Federation statement. 6. To get this provision 1.145.161. under section and technical aid, in addition to these regulations, paragraph 4, of the documents submitted by: 6.1 average or higher education authorities proof that a person undergoing the relevant educational programmes this institution if the person needs technical aid in connection with education;
6.2. the employer's proof of the person's employment to the employer if the person technical aid needed in connection with the employment. 7. If a person-the individual installer or operator-this Rule 145. of annex 1 and specified in paragraph 161 technical aid necessary for the performance of economic activity that a person referred to in subparagraph 4.1 in addition to the application to indicate the taxpayer registration number or merchant firm and the number of the registration certificate, as well as stating that it agrees that the Centre asks and receives from the State revenue service information to verify the accuracy of personal information provided. 8. On the basis of the information received, the Centre: 8.1, shall decide on the grant of technical AIDS or refusal to grant a technical aid, in the event of non-compliance with the requirements set out in these rules;
8.2. the person recorded in the database, if a decision has been taken for technical AIDS, and made the tag for the rights of the person to receive technical aid as a matter of urgency (if a person has such a right). 9. If the Center, vendor or service provider is not in the possession of the person, technical AIDS, Center 10 working days before the opportunity arose (arrival) to receive technical aid by telephone or in writing, inform that person of the time and place of receiving it. 10. the decision on refusal to grant the person the technical aid center accepted if: 10.1. functional disturbance of the person does not meet the need for technical AIDS;
10.2. not over a specified period of use of technical AIDS, except this rule 18.2 18.3 18.4, 18.5, and bottom points under certain circumstances. 11. If the person has not submitted any technical AIDS required for receipt of documents or information provided is not sufficient for the decision, the Centre will inform the person about the deficiencies identified and indicates what to do. 12. If the center decides on refusal to grant the person the technical aid because these rules have not been respected, the Centre within 10 working days of this decision shall be issued or sent to the person. 13. a Person receives technical aid: 13.1. Center-if you need these provisions of annex 1, 60-1, 141, 146-149..., 154, 153 or 157-164. paragraph aid;
13.2. the supplier with which the Centre has entered into a contract for the supply of technical equipment and service on the basis of the appropriate procurement procedure,-if necessary this provision 1.47, 49-52, 142, 143, 145, 150-152, 155.. or an aid, paragraph 156;
13.3. the service provider with whom the Centre has entered into a contract for the provision of technical AIDS to be produced individually, based on service provider selection procedure-if necessary this provision 2 of annex 1-46, 48, 53-59.144, paragraph or aid. 14. before the issuance of technical AIDS Centre, supplier or service provider: 14.1. checks if the person registered to the Centre's database, as well as compliance with the personal data information in the database;
14.2. the person's functional evaluation, determining the technical AIDS to be granted type and model. 15. the issue of custom manufactured or technical aid, Center, vendor or service provider: 15.1 charged a one-time contribution;
15.2. to prepare and conclude a written agreement with a person on technical AIDS loan or transfer of property;
15.3. draw up technical AIDS and acceptance of transfer on this provision of the annex 1-1 164 AIDS laid down;
15.4. the training of persons to use technical aid as well as the issue of AIDS and the maintenance instructions. 16. If the person is not satisfied with the quality of the technical aids granted, its lack of technical AIDS in discovery, but not later than within three months after receipt of the technical AIDS submitted a written application in the Centre, indicating the shortcomings noted. 17. the Centre or Centre on behalf of the service provider or the supplier of those provisions referred to in paragraph 16 provides a referral necessary improvements or technical AIDS change or 14 working days provide a written reasoned refusal. 18.5. the technical aid the natural depreciation become unserviceable. 19. A Person may refuse to reassign technical aid: 19.1. it already has granted technical aid and the analogue use of time has not expired;
19.2. the technical inspection has found that the technical assistant issued feature is intentionally damaged. 20. the Person transferring the technical aid center, where technical AIDS is the transfer loan (annex 1 of these rules 96., 98, 102, 105.-107, 109-135) and technical aid is no longer needed. IV. the lump-sum contributions payment arrangements and about 21. Receive technical aid on State budget resources, the person shall make a one-off contribution amounting to:
