II. Capacity calculation 4. To measure capacity (calculate gross (GT) and net tonnage (NT)), inspection of the ship used designer or the owner of the submitted technical documentation: 4.1 the theoretical drawing;
4.2. General arrangement drawings;
4.3. cargo space disposition scheme and their volume;
4.4. calculation of the volume of other necessary drawings and information. 5. Capacity in the calculation of the free inspection form and include: 5.1. calculation of the volume of the hull below the upper deck;

17.6. V. capacity changes 22. If, in accordance with the tonnage of annex 1 of the Convention, rule 5 (1) of the net tonnage of the vessel increases, the Inspectorate immediately detects and uses the new net tonnage. 25. Where, in accordance with the tonnage of annex 1 of the Convention, rule 5, paragraph 3 of the net tonnage of the vessel decreases, a new international tonnage certificate (1969) the inspection shall be issued not earlier than 12 months after the earlier of the date of issue of the licence. This requirement does not apply to: 25.1. vessels over the flag of another State;
25.2. vessels subject to the essential constructive changes or modifications (such as the liquidation of the bodywork, which changes the sign of the goods);
25.3. passenger vessels used in special voyages of great number of passenger transportation without sleeping quarters. Vi.
