1.2. make 1.2. Sub-paragraph as follows: "1.2. the scope and terms of the order in which the bank, a subsidiary of the bank, which provides credit risk related to financial services (hereinafter – the bank's subsidiary company), credit unions, insurers and the Latvian Office of the insurer of the vehicle (hereinafter LTAB) provides details of the Bank of Latvia for their borrowers and borrower, guarantor of their commitments and their status;"
1.3. to complement the 1.3. subparagraph after the word "insurer" with the word "LTAB";
1.4. to supplement paragraph 2, after the word "insurer" with the words "and" LTAB;
1.5. make the paragraph 4 first sentence by the following: "4. The Bank's subsidiary in the Republic of Latvia registered the bank's subsidiaries registered in the Republic of Latvia, t.sk. 1.7. to make paragraph 10 by the following: ' 10. 2. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2008.
