1.2. to make paragraph 1 by the following: "1." credit registry participant fees for use of the credit register and payment arrangements "(hereinafter-the rules) determines the bank, bank subsidiaries that provide with credit risk related financial services (hereinafter – the bank's subsidiary company), credit unions, insurers and the Latvian Office of the insurer of the Vehicle (hereinafter LTAB) charges for the use of the credit register and the payment arrangements."
1.3. to supplement paragraph 2, after the word "Member" with the words "as well as" LTAB;
1.4. to supplement paragraph 5, after the word "Member" with the words "except LTAB";
1.5. to supplement the provisions under 7.1 points as follows: "7.1 the Bank of Latvia LTAB pays a monthly fee for the use of the credit register 17.70 lats, t.sk. 18% value added tax. "
2. the rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2008.
