No 70 51) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" Issued under the plant protection act article 5 paragraph 4 to make a Cabinet of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 49; 2005; 2006, no. 24, 71, no. 134, 4, 133; 2007. no) the following amendments : 1. Add to the informative reference to European Union directives, with 38 as follows: "38) Commission 17 September 2007 of Directive 2007/56/EC, amending certain annexes to Council Directives 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC in respect of azoxystrobin, chlorothalonil, deltamethrin, hexachlorobenzene, ioxynil, oxamyl and quinoxyfen maximum residue levels." 2. Make 2. table 1 of the annex, paragraph 12 of the following wording: "12. Deltamethrin (cis-deltamethrin) a2 0.03-liver, kidney 0.1-0.5-poultry other products 0.05 0,05 *" 3. To supplement the notes to annex 2 to 71 by the following: "71. a2-the provisional maximum levels of pesticide residues is valid until 1 November 2008, when is deltamethrin preparation Reregistration in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers on 23 March 2004, regulations No 156" plant protection products "registration procedures."
