Express 4 by the following: "4. the Person who imported rough diamonds, or the declarant, customs procedures-release for free circulation into the customs warehouse, inward processing, temporary admission-application shall be submitted to the State revenue service Riga customs regional authorities within the joint customs control point 0206 single administrative document and the required accompanying documents."
2. Replace paragraph 6, first sentence, the words "customs authority" with the words and the number "Riga customs regional authorities within the joint customs control point 0206".
3. Make paragraph 8 by the following: "8. the Person who exported rough diamonds, or the declarant, customs procedures-export, outward processing or re-export from the customs territory of the European Union shall be submitted to the State of the application-internal revenue service Riga customs regional authorities within the joint customs control point 0206 single administrative document and the required accompanying documents."
