No; 2005 193. no), the following amendments: 1. Replace the text of the provisions, the word "multiple" (fold) with the words "catering service provider" (the fold). 2. Delete paragraph 6.1., the words "the company related to the public such as catering, canteens, restaurants, and hospitals". 3. Express 6.3. subparagraph by the following: "6.3. food items are offered for consumer or catering service provider for bulk or consumer in the amounts indicated therein. In this case, offering the goods to the consumer, the next food item indicates information about the groceries trade name and minimum or final expiration date; ". 4. Express 6.4. subparagraph by the following: "6.4. food items in the store are packed for immediate sale. In this case, the food item adds information on food product trade name, minimum or definitive validity period and the net weight or volume. " 5. Supplement with 11.1 points as follows: "food labelling 11.1 you may not use the word" diet "(alone or in combination with other words), if the food is not registered as a Dietetic food in accordance with the laws and regulations on dietary foods." 6. Replace paragraph 12, the words "and the number, and in paragraph 11" with numbers and the words "in paragraph 11 and 11.1". 7. Delete paragraph 14.7. the word "importer". 8. Supplement 17.4. subparagraph after the word "portions" with the words "which are filled in the presence of the consumer". 9. Replace the words "in subparagraph 59.5. bread and" with the words "flour and cream". 10. Make the following subparagraphs 59.11.: 59.11. individual portions of ice cream, which is filled in the presence of the consumer. " 11. Supplement with 87.1 points as follows: "22, 2008 87.1 December allowed to realize the food items that are not marked according to the provisions of annex 1, paragraph 13 and 14.
