Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 915 Riga 2007 December 18 (Mon. 6. the institution of (official), which acted as the administrative infringement case (hereinafter the decision), inform the person in writing of: 6.1 the obligation within 30 days from the date the decision enters into force, willingly bear the expenses specified in the decision;
6.2. the account of the budget of the authority in which the contribution is to be made;
6.3. enforcement of the decision, if voluntarily will not cover expenditure specified in the decision.
7. personal expenses paid using Cashless settlement (with transfer).
8. If the person is 30 days from the date of entry into force of the decision of the institutions (officials), voluntarily not cover expenses, the authority shall forward the decision to the bailiff enforcement.
9. the rules shall enter into force by 1 January 2008.
