Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 916 in 2007 December 18 (Mon. No 70 65) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 January 2005, the provisions of no. 15 "in the determination of the concentration of alcohol in blood and exhaled air and served to the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs or other intoxicating substances impression" issued under the Road Traffic Act article 43.5 of the first and the second part 1. make the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 January 2005, the provisions of no. 15 "in the determination of the concentration of alcohol in blood and exhaled air and served to the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs or other intoxicating substances impression" (Latvian journal 8., 2005, no.; 2007, nr. 11) the following amendments: 1. make the following paragraph 11: "11. If the measurements carried out in accordance with the concentration of alcohol in exhaled air is equal to or greater than the Highway Traffic Act prescribed alcohol concentration in the blood, which prohibited to drive a vehicle, check the costs borne by the 11 lats driver. ";

33.
