Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 908 in 2007 December 18 (Mon. Nr. 70 9. §) rules on stamp duty on strategic trade expert certificate, proof of final uses, import certificates, delivery control certificate and strategic goods, export, import and transit licences are issued in accordance with the strategic movement of the law article 7, first subparagraph 1. national toll of strategic trade expert certificate, proof of final uses, import certificates, delivery control certificate and strategic goods movement , export, import and transit licences and the payment of the fee. 2. the national toll for the strategic commodities expert certificate, proof of final uses, import certificates, delivery control certificate and strategic goods, export, import and transit licences are as follows: 2.1 the export, import or transfer individual (one consignment) or general licences for goods with a value up to one thousand lats-5 lats;
2.2. export, import or transfer individual (one consignment) or general licences for goods the value of which exceeds one thousand lats,-2.5% of the value of the goods, but not more than 500 lats;
2.3. issue of licences to one strategic movements of goods in transit-80 lats;
2.4. end use certificate or import certificate-15 lat;
2.5. delivery control certificate-20 lats;
2.6. the expert opinion on the issue (cognitive) potential strategic goods-5 lats;
2.7. strategic product license extension-5 lats. 3. a State fee shall be paid before the strategic commodity expert certificate, proof of final uses, import certificates, delivery control certificate and strategic goods, export, import and transit licences. 4. State fee for strategic commodities expert certificate, proof of final uses, import certificates, delivery control certificate and strategic goods, export, import and transit licensing including the State budget.
