Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 923, Riga 2007 December 18 (Mon. No 70 78. §) rules on mandatory guarded national public rail infrastructure assets and safekeeping procedures Issued in accordance with article 39 of the Railway Act of the third paragraph of rule 1 in the apsargājamo compulsory national public rail infrastructure objects and their safekeeping. 2. 3.7. the railway bridge across Mīlgrāvj channel station Riga-Skulte 13. kilo metres;
3.8. rail bridge across the river Lielupe in Riga-Jelgava district 43 kilometres;
3.9. the railway bridge over Dubna precinct Krustpils-Daugavpils 331. kilo metres;
3.10 railway bridge across the Aiviekste Riga-Krustpils station 119 kilometres. 4. The rules referred to in paragraph 3 of the objects guarded around the clock. Security guards ensure public railway infrastructure manager-state joint stock company "Latvian Railway". 5. These regulations 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 and 3.10 country referred to public-use railway infrastructure security from July 1, 2009. 6.
