Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 16, Riga, 15 January 2008 (pr. 3. § 15) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 11 March 2003, regulations No. 112 "order in which trainees are exempt from the national tests" Issued under the General Education Act, article 4, paragraph 9 to make a Cabinet of 11 March 2003, regulations No. 112 "order in which trainees are exempt from the national tests" (Latvian journal, 2003, no. 44; 2006, nr. 78; 2007, 117 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions be supplemented by 1.1 points in this version : "1.1 student released from state tests, based on the following documents: 1.11.9. class or 12. class student from the State tests for basic education or general secondary education released the decision adopted in this rule 6, 7 or 8 in a particular authority or official, on the basis of the student or his legal representative's submission, to which is attached the family doctor's opinion;
1.12.12. class of trainees, who according to the laws on State tests during the school year of the relevant period specified in going or participating in membership at international sports competitions of the national tests for general secondary education got released by the Minister of education and science decision based on learner or his legal representative's submission, to which is attached the legislation established recognised Sports Federation's statement that the learner have the sports federations represented in Olympic sport, national adult sample team who checks the State for the duration of the work is going to participate or take part in international sporting competitions;
1.13.9. class or 12. class of primary school learners or general secondary education the national Latvian language test sort of smaller nationalities education released by the Minister of education and science decision based on learner legal representative application if the said representative in Latvia has been issued to diplomatic or official visa. "
2. Make a point 2 as follows: "2. the family physician (referred to as the doctor) that rule 1.11. opinion referred to the issue of learner is registered in the list of patients and doctors in his care for at least six months."
3. Replace paragraph 3, the word "Statement" with the word "opinion".
4. Replace paragraph 4.1, the word "statement" with the word "opinion".
