Nr. 5) 23 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 19 December 2006, regulations No 1017 ' provisions on tourism service provider database "Issued in accordance with article 7 of the law of tourism 7 to make a Cabinet of 19 December 2006, regulations No 1017 ' provisions on tourism service provider database" (Latvian journal, 2006, 204 No) the following amendments: 1. Make paragraph 3 by the following: "3. The tourism service providers submit tourism development agency (hereinafter the Agency) the application set out in the model (annex) in paper form or electronically by sending a submission by email (email address-tda@latviatourism.lv). " 2. Express 4.1. subparagraph by the following: ' 4.1. name, surname, personal code; ". 3. Express 5.7. subparagraph by the following: "5.7. contact information (telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and internet address (if any)), the applicant's social security number." 4. Supplement with 7.1 points as follows: "the application shall be accompanied by notarized 7.1 apstiprinātupilnvar on tourist service provider register database (if the application signed by a person who is not entitled to represent the tourism service provider without special authorization)." 5. Make the following paragraph 11: "11. Agency regulations and within the time limit laid down in the order of appearance of the tourism service provider application and accompanying documents, assign the tourism service provider registration number database, and issue a certificate of registration." 6. To express the point 14.2. as follows: "the provisions of 14.2.4, 5 or 6, the information referred to in paragraph (except the applicant's personal code);". 7. Supplement with 14.1 points as follows: "the Agency is processing person 14.1 data in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the persons who re data protection." 8.
