Nr. 6 16) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 26 September 2000 by Regulation No 330 "vaccination" Issued in accordance with the law of the epidemiological safety article 30 the first, second, third and fifth paragraph of article 31 to make a Cabinet of 26 September 2000 by Regulation No 330 "vaccination" (Latvian journal, 2000, 2001,/343.nr.; 341.154. No; 2002, 3, nr. 177.; 2003, 167, 183. No; 2006, 87, 193. No; 2007 93. No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "paragraph 42 the national sanitary inspection" by the words "health inspection".
2. Express 45 as follows: "45. Health inspection controls: 45.1. rooms that is vaccination, and hygienic and epidemiological safety requirements at the time of vaccination;
45.2. vaccination and its complications (side effects), the certificate of registration being the medical people who perform vaccinations, as well as medical records and vaccination authorities by anaphylactic shock therapy;
45.3. vaccine production, storage, transport, distribution and use. "
3. Delete paragraph 46.
4. Express 47 by the following: "47. If vaccinations are not respected hygiene and epidemiological safety requirements, health officials of the Inspectorate have the right to decide on the suspension of the relevant vaccination vaccination. The decision taken shall immediately inform the Agency of public health branch and health compulsory insurance State Agency. "
