Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 77 in Riga 2008 February 5 (pr. 7. § 36) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 8 March 2005, regulations No 175 "prescription form manufacturing and storage, as well as prescription and storage rules" Issued in accordance with article 60 of the law on medical treatment and the law "on the illicit manufacture of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and to the legitimate movement of medicinal products order" article 36 in the first part of the draw of the Cabinet of Ministers of 8 March 2005, regulations No 175 "prescription form manufacturing and storage, as well as prescription and storage rules" (Latvian journal 48., 2005, no.; 2007, 104 no). the following amendments: 1. Replace the text of the provisions: 1.1., the words "medical care and integrity inspection quality control inspection" (fold) with the words "health inspection" (fold);
1.2. the words "national pharmaceutical inspection" (fold) with the words "health inspection" (fold).
2. Make the following paragraph 23:22 23 of these rules "referred to in paragraph shall be drawn up by the Commission of the Act. The Act specifies the nature of the incident, the prescription form in the series, numbers, quantity, date of drawing up the Act and members of the Commission (the name and job title). Act shall be drawn up in duplicate and signed by all the members of the Commission. The first copy of the Act remains in the medical institution or Agency (if the incident happened in the Agency), the second pass health inspections. If found in prescription form shortfall (including theft or looting), health inspectorate informs the pharmacy for the prescription form and numbers. "
3. Make the following paragraph 51: "51. Health inspection controls the prescription form of the movement order agency and medical institutions, as well as of prescription order pharmacies."
