Nr. 30. § 7) rules on Sports Federation recognition criteria and procedures Issued pursuant to article 10 of the law of sports, the fourth part i. The list shall indicate the Member's name, registration number, registered office (legal person) or the name, surname, personal code, and the declared place of residence (physical person). 5. If the sport or the scope of the international sports organisation is not recognised in the international information Olympics Committee or international sports federations (GAISF) General Association Member, Sports Federation for the sport or the scope of the international sports organisations shall submit the following additional information, adding the Latvian language translations of documents: 5.1 the organization name and address;

The register shall contain the following information: 15.1. sport federations;

15.3. the sport or activity in which the Sports Federation is recognized;

21.4. in Sports Federation recognized by the Ministry of education and science or sports administration request not provided information related to the Sports Federation's operation, including the implementation of the programme, information about new talented athletes and other sports federations recognised by activities and organised or supported. 22. If the sports authority receives an application or find that a recognised Sports Federation has not adhered to these rules any conditions referred to in paragraph 21, the Sports Authority assess it and, if necessary, the relevant information shall be referred to the Commission for examination and for an opinion. 23. If the sports authority establishes that the approved Sports Federation has not adhered to these rules any conditions referred to in paragraph 21, the sports authority, depending on the offence shall adopt one of the following decisions: 23.1. instructs the Executive Body recognized sports federations to prevent a determined period whether or not the infringement found;
23.2. establish recognised Sports Federation of the probationary period, not longer than six months, or the non-compliance found;
