Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 69 in Riga 2008 February 5 (pr. To make paragraph 1 by the following : "1. the rules provide procedures for approving invitations requesting visas (hereinafter-invitation), as well as the unified visa information system section on invitations (-invitation data base) to be included in the amount of information and informed its use."
2. Express 4 by the following: "4. upon request of the visa of the Republic of Latvia to the diplomatic or consular office or its Schengen Member State diplomatic or consular office, with which an agreement on representation (hereinafter representation), the person specified in the invitation shall inform the representative about the Administration approved and registered in the database of the invitation invitation."
3. Supplement with 19.7 bottom point as follows: "19.7 if the available information establishes that the foreigners invited to the Schengen information system contains the message associated with refusal of entry. This condition does not apply to cases where the entry of foreigners invited to and stay in the Republic of Latvia conform to international law, Latvia's national interests or is associated with or can force majeure, humanitarian considerations. "
4. Supplement with 22.3 points following below: "22.3. Inviter or his authorized person signature declares that he is aware and accepts that the personal data included in the database and invitation invitation, will be included in the visa information system and will be available in the Republic of Latvia and the competent authorities of the Member States of the Schengen Agreement, with which the Mission has been agreed. 5. Supplement with 22.1 points as follows: "After the host of 22.1 or his authorised person to confirm the invitation issued or, if the application is expected to submit another Schengen Member State representation, official print second invitation request form, signed by the inviter or his authorised person.
