No 15 39) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" Issued under the plant protection act article 5 paragraph 4 make 1 Cabinet of 25 March 2004 No 165 "provisions of the rules concerning the control of pesticide residues in products of animal origin" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 49; 2005; 2006, no. 24, 71, no. 134; 2007, 4. 133, no. 205). 1.2. the following amendments: Add to the informative reference to European Union directives, with 39 and 40 as follows: "39) Commission 17 September 2007 of Directive 2007/55/EC amending the annexes to Council Directives 76/895/EEC, 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for azinphos-methyl; 40) Commission 17 September 2007 of Directive 2007/57/EC amending certain annexes to Council Directives 76/895/EEC, 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for Dithiocarbamates. ";
1.3. to supplement the annex 2 table 1 with 77 points by the following: "0.01 * 0.01 77. Azinphos-methyl * 0,01 *" 1.4. make 2. table 2 of the annex paragraph 6 by the following: "6. the Dithiocarbamates, expressed as CS2 (14 *), including mancozeb, maneb, metiram, propineb, thiram and ziram 0.05 * 0.05 * 0,05 * 2. Regulations shall enter into force on 19 March 2008.
