Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 170 in Riga, 10 March 2008 (pr. Nr. 15. § 36) rules for State agencies "Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency" public charge price list Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management of the ninth article 5 part 1. determines the national agency "Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency" (hereinafter called the Agency) public pay-services price list.
2. the Agency shall provide public services in accordance with the fee schedule (annex).
3. the Agency shall provide free of charge the State fire and rescue service information related to the functioning of the system of civil protection.
4. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 November 2005 Regulation No 896 "rules for State agencies" Latvian environment, geology and Meteorology Agency "public provided paid services price list" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 194).
