2. Replace paragraph 6, the words "territorial environmental health center" with the words "public health agency".
3. Replace paragraph 11, the words "the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 January 1999 rule No 8" protection zone around the water sampling sites detection methodology 8.2. "in" with the words "Cabinet of 20 January 2004 rule no. 43" protection zone around the water sampling sites detection methodology "in point 7.2".
