Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 176 in Riga, March 17, 2008 (pr. Nr. 17.21) rules on a particular ß document format and content of the criminal law, in cooperation with the Member States of the European Union Issued in accordance with the law of criminal procedure, article 678 fourth 1. specific form and content of the document of the criminal law, in cooperation with the Member States of the European Union.
2. in criminal law, in cooperation with the Member States of the European Union, the following documents: – the issue of the people 2.1 a European arrest warrant for a Council framework decision of 13 June 2002 2002/584/JHA on the European arrest warrant and the surrender procedures between Member States (annex 1);
2.2. the provision for the confiscation of property or for the taking of evidence, the supporting documents for a Council of 22 July 2003, the framework decision 2003/577/JHA on the execution in the European Union of orders freezing property or evidence (annex 2);
2.3. the nature of the economic recovery, ensuring that the certificate is intended for the Council on 24 February 2005, the framework decision 2005/214/JHA on the application of the principle of mutual recognition to financial penalties (annex 3).
