Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 214, Riga, 25 March 2008 (pr. Nr. 38) 19 amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet of 29 April 2003, regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice (Latvian journal, 2003, 70, 141, 161, 168, 180. No; 2004, 52, 90, 188. No; 2006, no. 46) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 4.2.2 bottom point as follows : "4.2.2 to ensure the representation of the Republic of Latvia to the European judicial network in civil, commercial and criminal matters;".
2. Make the following point 5.1.4: "5.1.4 codified and codifying laws and regulations as well as laws and regulations compiled informative system of computerised;".
3. Delete paragraph 5.2.3., the word "(pagastties)".
4. Supplement with 5.13 paragraph by the following: "5.13. prepares the official of the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Latvia the European judicial network in civil, commercial and criminal matters." Prime Minister i. Godmanis Justice Minister g. Smith
