Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 222 Riga 2008 April 1 (pr. No 21 § 44) the rules on the State fee for a visa, residence permit or long-term resident of the European Community, the Republic of Latvia the status of documents necessary for requesting a hearing and related services Issued pursuant to Immigration Act, and article 6 of the law "on the status of permanent resident in the Republic of Latvia" in article 4, the second part of rule 1 determine Government fees for long-term visas or long-term visa valid concurrently as a short-stay visa residence permit or long-term resident of the European Community, the Republic of Latvia the status of documents necessary for requesting a hearing and related services, as well as the arrangements for payment of the fee and the categories of persons who are exempt from payment of State fees.
2. State fee rates for long-term visas or long-term visa valid concurrently as a short-stay visa, the necessary documents for requesting examination are as follows: 2.1 the lump sum and by request of visa-43 late;
2.2. multiple-visa request-60 lats;
2.3. period of stay in the Republic of Latvia-43 late in the extension.
3. State fee rates for the invitation to receive the approval of the visa are the following: 3.1 the invitation of applications submitted for approval-5 lats;
3.2. for each request in the invitation person older than six years – 2 Lats;
3.3. for each request in the invitation of children up to six years of age: 1 lats;
3.4. for each group of persons included in the invitation-1 lats.
4. the duty rate for the clarification request for invitation information, carried out in accordance with its request, – 4 Lati.
5. State fee rates for applying for residence permit need his examination of the documents are the following: 5.1 termiņuzturēšan permissions for the documents presented in the horse: 5.1.1 30 days-70 lats;
5.1.2. within 10 working days – 170 ls;
5.1.3. five working days – 220 pounds;

5.5.2. within 10 working days – 120 lats;

6. State fee rates for call approval are the following: 6.1. request a residence permit – 10 lat;
6.2. termiņuzturēšan permissions register-5 lats.

8. State fee rates for residence registration are the following: 8.1 for 30 days-15 lat;
8.2. within 10 working days-30 lats;
8.3. within five working days-45 lats.
9. a State fee shall be paid before the submission of the relevant documents, and placed in the national budget.
10. From the State duty payment released: 10.1. in accordance with the Republic of Latvia sais toš international treaties;

10.3. for visa with "diplomatic visa" or "visa" service request;

10.7. returnees, who at the time of submission of the document is not a Latvian citizen, if that travel from the Republic of Latvia until 4 May 1990, or born in, St. ārval, or travel from Latvia after 4 May 1990, and at the time of departure was minor, as well as his family members, if they enter the repatriation law, Visa, permanent residence permit or application for the registration of documents required for examination and maintenance renewal of fucking If you change the travel document;
10.8. children up to 16 years of age: in paragraph 2 of this rule, 5.4.1., 5.7 and 5.0 below. in the cases referred to in point;
10.9. resident foreigners in Valga, Estonia, travelling with the foreigner's passport and is wearing the resident non-citizens of Latvia, members of the family – this rule 5.1.1, paragraph 5.4.1., 5.7., point 6 and 8.1 in the cases referred to in paragraph 1 below;

10.12. foreigners who identified as victims of trafficking, on ter miņuzturēšan permissions or to request documents necessary for registration and renewal of the residence permit, if you change the travel document;
10.13. the invitation or call approval submitted by the authorities of the Republic of Latvia, the Municipal Council (the Council) or the Court;
10.14. foreigners who provide assistance to the Government of the Republic of Latvia or the municipal authorities, and his family members – in paragraph 2 of these regulations, 5.1.1, 5.4.1, 5.7 and 8.1 in the cases referred to in (a);
10.15. the foreigners who reside in the Republic of Latvia due to scientific cooperation, and his family members – in paragraph 2 of these regulations, 5.1.1, 5.4.1, 5.7 and 8.1 in the cases referred to in (a);
