21. Add to part III of annex 7 paragraph 3 of the note behind with the following wording: "Note. 1 new L3, L3, L4 or L4 in a category of vehicle types are valid until 01.01.2006 if their engine emission limit values comply with Directive 97/24/EC, Chapter 5 of annex 2 in the table in section 2.2.1.1.5. subparagraph (B) of the table row for the specified values. New L3, L3, L4 or L4 category vehicles shall be in force until the 01.01.2008, if their engine emission limit values comply with Directive 97/24/EC, Chapter 5 of annex 2 in the table in section 2.2.1.1.5. subparagraph (B) of the table row for the specified values. Starting with 01.01.2008., requirements only apply to used vehicles, whose first registration made to 01.01.2008. " 22.
