17.10. other costs that are not identified as eligible. 18. the Subproject planned in-kind contributions, if applicable constitutes the grant of equipment or materials, research or professional activities or unpaid voluntary work, the value of which is possible to measure, evaluate and audit. 19. Contributions in kind must not exceed 7.5% of the children's total eligible costs. 20. within the Sub-projects supported only the costs directly related to the implementation of the sub-projects and apply. 21.
