Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 260 in Riga 2008. on 8 April (pr. No 22 32 §) rules on government fees and charges for consular services in local currency and foreign currency Issued in accordance with law "consular regulations" in article 20, the fourth part of rule 1 defines the Republic of Latvia by diplomatic and consular representations abroad will be charged the amount of State fee and fees for consular services in local currency and foreign currency.
2. the local currency government fees and fees for consular services in the appropriate foreign currency shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 1.
3. the European Union's single currency laid down in the national toll to a foreign currency shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 2.
4. State fees and fees for consular services in local currency and foreign exchange in the Cabinet reviewed no less than once a year.
5. Be declared unenforceable in the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 May 2007 No. 342, the provisions of the "regulations on the State charges and fees for consular services that are the object of State fee, the amount of local currency foreign currency" (Latvian journal, 2007, 88 no).
6. the rules shall enter into force on 11 April 2008.
