Information (if any) for the geographic coordinates of the object, height, type, marking and lighting, which are outside the aerodrome obstacle limitation surface horizontal borders and comply with the law "on the air" article 41 paragraph 3 first subparagraph the criteria referred to in the national joint stock company "Latvian air traffic" from the National Geospatial Agency's "information agency" within 30 days of that rule 6 of the information referred to in paragraph. 5. Ground obstacles limiting surface horizontal boundaries determined according to annex 14 of the Convention provided for the classification of the runway in the applicable obstacle limitation surface projection, in a horizontal plane. 6. This provision of the information referred to in paragraph 4, the State Agency "Latvian geospatial information agency" prepare, taking into account: 6.1 the national agencies ' Civil Aviation Agency data on aircraft flying in potentially hazardous build, deployment and installation;

Information (if any) for the geographic coordinates of the object, height, type, marking and lighting, which are located in the aerodrome obstacle limitation surface horizontal limits of the State joint stock company "Latvian air traffic" from the relevant aerodrome operator's regulations on the establishment of the aerodrome, certification and operation. 8. These rules 4 and 7 above, information providers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the information, as well as information on a regular basis. 9. public joint stock company "Latvian air traffic" is responsible for the proper insertion of the information received in the database and publishing the content in "aeronautical information publication," according to the requirements of the Convention. 10. Database (with the exception of information that is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the Convention) is only available in the national agency of Civil Aviation Agency "" agency "Latvian National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and the national armed forces. 11. public joint stock company "Latvian air traffic" shall be inserted in the database and stores: these provisions 11.1 3.1. areas referred to in point-from 20 October 2008;
