Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 275 in Riga in 2008 (April 15. No. 24) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 9 January 2007 the Regulation No 51 "order in which grant, administered and monitored by the European Union's support for the restructuring of the sugar industry" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth and seventh paragraph to make the Cabinet on 9 January 2007 the Regulation No 51 "order in which grant, administered and monitored by the European Union's support for the restructuring of the sugar industry" (Latvian journal, 2007 , 11, 28, nr. 49) the following amendments: 1. To replace paragraph 1, the words "restructuring aid" with the words "the restructuring of the sugar industry support". 2. Make a point 2 as follows: "2. the restructuring of the sugar industry support is administered by the rural support service." 3. To supplement the provisions under point 2.1, the following: "2.1 restructuring the sugar industry: 2.1 1. restructuring aid; 2.1 2. diversification aid for beet growers. " 4. Express 4 by the following: "4. If sugar producers have abandoned sugar production quota, sugar beet growers will receive restructuring aid: 20 4.1% of Council Regulation No 320/2006, article 3, paragraph 5 of the specific support; 4.2. the additional duty in accordance with Council Regulation No 320/2006, article 3, paragraph 8. " 5. Delete the words in point 5.4. "Annex". 6. Make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. the restructuring aid to sugar beet growers will receive for this rule 5.2. referred to in subparagraph beet beet specified in the delivery contract volume (tonnes) sugar producers, sugar production quotas assigned within this quantity multiplied by the rate of the restructuring aid to sugar beet growers and an additional payment of the restructuring aid rate for sugar beet growers." 7. " 8. To supplement the provisions of this chapter Ii: "Ii. Diversification aid for sugar beet growers of beet growers will receive 9.1 diversification aid under Council Regulation (EC) No 320/2006, article 7, paragraph 2. 9.2 the beet producers will receive aid for diversification, if: 9.21 has concluded a delivery contract with the beet sugar producers for the delivery of beet for the manufacture of sugar for the 2006/2007 marketing year; 9.22. has supplied sugar beet producer in the 2006/2007 marketing year. If sugar beet is not delivered, in accordance with the agreement of the sugar industry for the 2006/2007 marketing year shall be drawn up on sugar beet volumes for damage; 9.23. in 2008 is completely terminated the production of beet; 9.24. up to 15 May 2008. has submitted an application to the rural support service in support of diversification of sugar beet growers (annex). If the application is submitted electronically, it is according to the law on electronic document design requirements.
