No 25 38) procedures for granting state aid in the European Union and open project submissions in the form of a competition event "modernisation of agricultural holdings" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph i. General questions 1. determines the order in which the State and the European Union support the open project submissions in the form of a competition event "modernisation of agricultural holdings" (hereinafter referred to as aid).

12.1.10. production and technological process description;
12.1.11. problems, risky and weaknesses;
12.1.12. necessary investments;
12.1.13. deadlines for implementation of the project (by stages);
12.1.14. financial information on production volumes, costs, accounts receivable, fixed assets and accounts payable, profit and loss statement, the balance sheet for the last year concluded, the subsequent years up to the end of the project implementation and for three years after the implementation of the project (excluding production and cost), the cash flow statement by month of the year of the application of the project, all years and years after the implementation of the project, the cash flow statement for the two subsequent years;
12.2. Add a summary of evidence on the economic viability of the company last year concluded before the application of the project, meeting at least two of these rules 11.2. indicators referred to;

III. Application procedures 13. V. eligible and non-eligible costs 21. Measure to the following eligible costs: 21.1. this new production of fixed assets (including the computer program tour) acquisition: 21.1.1. agricultural implements;
21.1.2. soil processing machinery and equipment, including the stones of harvest technique and equipment;
21.1.3. sowing technique and equipment;
21.1.4. harvesting techniques and equipment, including the collection of feed from and grinding technique and equipment;
21.1.5. volume, plantation care techniques and equipment, including we, the lošan plant protection equipment and techniques;
21.1.6. load lifting, handling and transportation of specialized techniques and equipment;
21.1.7. of primary agricultural production and storage techniques and equipment, including the cold technique and equipment, storage and refrigeration Chambers;

21.1.9. computerized production management and control technique and these rounds (including the software), including mobile and stationary weight;
21.1.10. machinery and equipment needed for holding animals, including farm and grazing land equipment, watering, feeding, animal care recorded knowledge and technique and equipment;
21.1.11. farm mechanization technique and equipment, including manure storage facilities and the technique of mechanization;
21.1.12. dairy milking and cooling techniques and equipment;
21.1.13. laboratory and quality control technique and ie;
21.1.14. maintenance and repair techniques and equipment for the station, including washing, disinfection technique and equipment;
21.1.15. energy equipment and appliances, including heating and cancer warning machinery and equipment;
21.1.16. water supply and sewerage, sewage treatment equipment and technology;
21.1.17. watering technique and equipment, including boreholes and water reservoir;
21.1.18. greenhouse technique and equipment;
21.1.19. specialized engineering techniques and equipment needed in the project specific objectives;
21.1.20. other machinery and equipment needed in the project specific objectives;
21.2. new construction and reconstruction costs, on the basis of contracts with third parties, responsible for carrying out the work, but not exceeding the rules referred to in annex 3;

21.3. the purchase of building materials, on the basis of projects submitted are accepted along with the project application, or support them, drawn up by the applicant, a simplified reconstruction, not exceeding the provision in annex 3;
21.4. General costs (including architects, engineers and consultation fees, legal services, the technical-economic justification, patents and licences costs) directly linked to the preparation or implementation of the project and shall not exceed eight percent of the costs referred to in this rule 21.1 21.2 and 21.3 in..

24. 29.2. fines, penalties and costs of legal proceedings;
29.3. the subcontracting, which increases the cost of the project, but does not add to the value of the project, as well as if the bottom is fixed in contracts pay as a percentage of the total cost of the project;
29.4. costs associated with the supply of any services or work for which there is no appropriate procurement procedures carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations on the application of the procurement procedure;
29.5. the existing maintenance costs;
29.6. maintenance, spare parts and operating costs;
18.5. the remuneration of personnel;
29.8. General purpose vehicles;
29.9. other costs that are not eligible under Council of 20 September 2005 Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European agricultural fund for rural development (EAFRD), and the Commission of 15 December 2006, Regulation (EC) No 1974/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of such rules of Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European agricultural fund for rural development (EAFRD).
