General questions 1. determines the amateur radio station (radio station) construction, installation and use, as well as amateur radio examination certificate (hereinafter referred to as the amateur radio licence) order of receipt. 2. Complaints about the work of the Commission shall be submitted in writing to the Secretariat not later than 10 days after the exam. The Directorate ensures the complaints of bias and fairness. 13. the decision of the Director may appeal to the Court. 14. Personal radio stations category meets the owner of a radio station's amateur radio licence qualifications specified in category (A) or (B). 21.3. If a station is of natural and legal persons shall be joint ownership: 21.3.1. co-proprietor token that specifies the person authorised to manage shared ownership;

30.2. radio stations use authorisation is suspended or withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of section 35.2 and 35.3..;
30.3. these provisions not mentioned in paragraph 88. 31. 21.3. these provisions are not complied with 21, 22 and paragraph 88 are satisfied;
21.3. not paid for services provided by the Directorate. 35. If found in violation of these regulations, the Directorate shall consider and adopt one of the following decisions: 21.8. radio stations warn the responsible person;
35.2. stop use permit radio stations to prevent the deficiencies found, but not more than one year;
35.3. revoke the permit until the amateur radio exam for the success of the settlement. IV. the amateur radio call sign of the radio station's call sign 36. grant of the Directorate. 57.5. ensure that amateur radio stations emission at all, to comply with this provision in annex 2 and 3 specified radio frequency bands;
57.6. provide the amateur radio station of the narrow emission bandwidth does not exceed the required;
