Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 367 in Riga in 2008 (26 May. No 33 26) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 29 April 2003 regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice Issued pursuant to the public administration Act, article 16 of the equipment, the first paragraph to make the Cabinet of 29 April 2003, regulations No. 243 "Charter" of the Ministry of Justice (Latvian journal, 2003, 70, 141, 161, 168, 180. No; 2004, 52, 90, 188. No; 2006, nr. 46; 2008, nr. 49) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 4.2.3 section as follows : "4.2.3 ensuring representation of the Cabinet of the Constitutional Court;".
2. Supplement with 5.14. subparagraph by the following: "5.14. prepare Cabinet response project and the project of the Constitutional Court, the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Constitutional Court shall take the Constitutional Court decision analysis and coordinate their execution."
