Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 361 in Riga in 2008 (26 May. Nr. 33. §) rules on annual reporting fosters the sample form and the submission of the report and filling order issued in accordance with the National Statistics Act, article 4, second part 1. determines the annual fosters national statistical reporting forms the sample (annex), as well as reporting and filing procedures.
2. the family courts shall collect the information specified in the model form, based on the reference year whenever things and decisions adopted, fill out a form and the current year to February 1, submit it to the children and Family Affairs Ministry.
3. the completed form child and Family Affairs Ministry lodged in person, by post or by electronic means, if the document is drawn up according to the law on electronic document design.
