No 36 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 July 2004, regulations No 597 "environmental noise evaluation order" Issued in accordance with the law "on pollution" in the third paragraph of article 18.1, 1. make the Cabinet on 13 July 2004 the Regulation No 597 "environmental noise evaluation order" (Latvian journal, 2004, 112, 116, 193. No; 2006, nr. 4, 23) the following amendments: 1. Express 11.1 points as follows: "11.1 environmental noise measurement shall be carried out by means of measurement which are calibrated. ";
1.2. to replace paragraph 13, the words "the national sanitary inspection" by the words "health inspection";
1.3. Replace subparagraph 1.1 of annex 1 and in point 7, the words and figures "LVS ISO 1996-2:2004 + A1" acoustics-characterization and environmental noise measured horse – part 2: application of the data acquisition of land use "with the words and figures" LVS ISO 1996-2:2007 acoustics. Environmental noise characterization and measurement. Part 2: environmental noise levels ' ".
