Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 375 in Riga in 2008 (27 May. No 34 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 January 2008 rules No 41 ' rules on State aid to agriculture in 2008 and its modalities "Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet of 22 January 2008 No 41" provisions of the rules on State aid to agriculture in 2008 and its modalities "(Latvian journal, 2008, no. 15, 19) follows : 1. Delete the reference to which the provisions of the basic law is issued, the words "and the sixth". 2. Replace paragraph 2.2 the number "9472000" with "11172000". 3. Replace paragraph 2.2.4. number "1107000" with "2807000". 4. Replace paragraph 2.4, the number "4125500" with "4025500". 5. Replace the figure "in paragraph 2.4.2.270000" with the number "170000". 6. Replace the figure "in paragraph 2.6.3500000" with the number "6070000". 7. Replace the figure "in paragraph 2.6.1.3100000" with the number "5670000". 8. Make 2.8. subparagraph by the following: "2.8. support for promoting the agricultural market – 2180000 lats (annex 8): 2.8.1. support market promotion – 1600000 lats; 2.8.2. support for the market promotion of organic farming – 80000 lats; 2.8.3. support for dairy products export promotion – 200000 dollars; 2.8.4. support for organic farming scheme-86000 lats; 2.8.5. support national food quality scheme – 214000 lat; ". 9. Replace paragraph 2.13 "8305422" with "4035422". 10. The deletion of paragraph 4, the words "but not more than 4 million lat". 11. Replace paragraph 9.3 of annex 1 in the numbers and the words "1 November 2008" with numbers and the words "1 March 2009". 12. To supplement the annex to 37.3 points following below: 37.3 supervision of the herd. The Latvian State agrarian economic Institute documents and transfer-acceptance report shall be submitted to the rural support service in until December 1, 2008. " 38. Express 9. point 3 of the annex by the following: "3. the aid can get insurance, workers engaged in the field of production of the holding, on any policy period during the period from 1 November 2007 to 31 December 2008."
