No 37 27) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 9 January 2007, regulations No 40 "rules on the state metrological control of measuring instruments subject to list" Issued in accordance with the law "on a uniformity of measurements" the second subparagraph of article 7 to make a Cabinet of 9 January 2007, regulations No 40 "rules on the state metrological control of measuring instruments subject to list" (Latvian journal, 2007, nr. 7) the following amendments: 1. A supplement to the bottom point 1.7 the following : "1.7. intraskop optical probe with once a year" to supplement annex 2 with 4.2.1 section as follows: 4.2.1 "gas consumption meters (domestic) gas cookers Qmax ≤ 3m3/h once every 20 years," to express the annex 3 paragraph 4.6 as follows: "metal measuring 4.6 by alcohol or oil quantity measuring time 5 years" 4. paragraph 9 of the annex be deleted.
