Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 440, Riga, June 17, 2008 (pr. No 42 22) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 December 2002, the Regulation No 596 "hygiene educational institutions implementing educational programs" Issued in accordance with the epidemiological safety law article 38.1 make Cabinet of 27 December 2002, the Regulation No 596 "hygiene educational institutions implementing educational Pro gramm" (Latvian journal, 2003, 2., no. 106; 2006, 141 no) such amended must: 1. Replace paragraph 3, the words "the national sanitary inspection" by the words "An inspection" at the base.
2. Supplement with 17.1 points as follows: "17.1 authority ensures site or space to hold baby carriages."
3. Delete paragraph 18.1.1.
4. Make the following paragraph 18.1.2.: "18.1.2. changing rooms (if institution is not possible to provide a changing room for each group, it is acceptable to combine two locker rooms the same age groups of children, up to a maximum number of trainees in one group, established in the laws on the minimum and maximum number of trainees State and local education institutions);".
5. Express section 18.1.4. the following wording: "the space or place 18.1.4. dish washing and storage of (if not the Authority arranged a separate catering unit);".
6. Express section 18.2.1. the following wording: "18.2.1. changing rooms (if institution is not possible to provide a changing room for each group, it is acceptable to combine two locker rooms the same age groups of children, up to a maximum number of trainees in one group, established in the laws on the minimum and maximum number of trainees State and local education institutions);".
7. Make the following paragraph 19.4: "19.4. laundry and ironing room or space (if the body wash and iron clothes);". Prime Minister i. Godmanis Health Minister Morris I.
