No 42 62) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 December 2005, regulations no 995 "rules for direct administration officials, employees, and officers and the Central Election Commission and Central Land Commission employee pay system and the degree of qualification, as well as the benefits and compensation of officials ' Issued in accordance with the civil law of article 23 of the first and second subparagraphs, article 24, second paragraph, article 36, the second part Article 37 the sixth part, the labour law, article 62 of the fifth, the public agency law article 11 first paragraph, diplomatic and consular law, article 19, first paragraph 1. make the Cabinet of 20 December 2005, regulations no 995 "rules for direct administration officials, employees, and officers and the Central Election Commission and Central Land Commission employees wage subject and qualification level of the sis, as well as the benefits and compensation of civil servants" (Latvian journal 210., 2005, no.; in 2006, 101, no. 176, 206; 2007, nr. 73; 2008, no. 12) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 12.1 points as follows: "the degree of qualification Advisory 12.1 officials Cabinet Member is determined according to the specific officials of the knowledge, skills, education level, resulting in the skills and work experience in the respective professional field."; 1.2. to supplement the rules by 13.1 points by the following: "13.1 this provision 9, 9.1, 9.2, 10, 11, 11.1 and 11.2 point does not apply to the members of the Cabinet of Ministers Advisory officials."; 1.3. to supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 20.1: "this provision paragraph 20 20.1 the fixed premium employee and an officer, the officer receives, if not perform absenteeism and the subordinate officials or employees of vacant posts subordinated (work) duties."; 1.4. to complement the 22 after the word "circumstances" with the words "and in accordance with the management agreement"; 1.5. to complement the 22.1 points after the word "responsibilities" with the words "and in accordance with the management agreement"; 1.6. to supplement the rules by 55.2 point as follows: "the total official, employee, 55.2 and the salary, benefits Officer (this rule 16, 19 and 20 of the premium provided for in article) and under the management of contract amount received per month in 2009 must not exceed 3500 lats."; 1.7. put 1.25 the following: 25. Consulting I II III IV 2.1.7. subparagraph these provisions shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.
