Film producer or movie distributor who registered for the film before the entry into force of these regulations, within one year after the entry into force of these regulations shall submit national cinema Center application on the film classification index. 28. Latvia has the right to distribute, without additional labelling films that are legally manufactured or placed on the circulation in one of the Member States of the European Union or in Turkey, or which have been lawfully manufactured in one of the countries of the European Free Trade Association on the European economic area agreement of the Contracting Parties.
