Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 471 in Riga, 30 June 2008 (pr. No 44 11) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 19 December 1995, regulations No 388 "fish fund rules" Issued in accordance with article 29 of the law on fisheries to make the Cabinet on 19 December 1995 No. 388 "provisions of the Fund rules of fish" (Latvian journal, 1995, no. 202;/74.nr.; 73 of 1998, 1999, 2000, 75/78.nr.;/268.nr.; 2004, 266.4. no) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 6.
2. Make point 7 by the following: "7. The Treasury has separately the general revenue account to the fishery law of article 28 shows the types of revenue."
3. Express 8.6. subparagraph by the following: "8.6. persons the stimulus material (except municipal authorities), which contributed to the protection of fish (40% of the positions of the persons concerned amounts of money on fishing legislation violations and seized fish, fishing gear and fishing marketing of products).
