Cultural and creative industry Education Center (hereinafter referred to as the Centre) is the Ministry of culture's national regulatory authority, in the exercise of State policies and the creative industry kultūrizglītīb education. II. the Centre's functions, tasks and responsibilities 2. The Centre shall have the following functions: 2.1. develop kultūrizglītīb and creative industry development strategy of the country kultūrpolitik;

3.16. organize national and international conferences, seminars and other educational activities as well as participate in international activities and projects related to culture and education, the creative industries conclude cooperation agreements;
3.17. to coordinate the operation of the system of kultūrizglītīb, promoting vocational education institutions, vocational secondary education institutions, vocational higher education institutions and other kultūrizglītīb cooperation;
3.18. coordinate music and choreography, the art of professional secondary and vocational education programmes and to provide a creative industry content into subject programmes;
3.19. coordinate and organize music, art and choreography and secondary education, music, art and choreography of vocational further education teacher development at the national level;
3.20. to coordinate and organize the lifelong learning projects in the cultural sector specialists and educators;
