Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 484 in Riga, 30 June 2008 (pr. No 44 49) provisions on sworn notary's professional qualifications issued under the notarial law in the third paragraph of article 23.1 i. II. Professional training activities and the procedure for awarding credits 4. If a sworn notary is scheduled to attend the training, which is not organised by the Council before attending this training, he may submit a request to the Commission to assess and determine the credit granted for training.
