6. Average monthly wage shall not be taken into account in the calculation of costs incurred over the previous time periods, the sick-pay and payment for vacation time. 7. the Agency shall examine the documents received and shall take a decision on the issue by NASA, preparing pension retirement pensions calculation (annex 4), or refusal to grant a retirement pension. 8. If the employee has been granted a retirement pension, the Agency carried out a check on the payroll tax and made a copy.
