No 46 11) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 December 2005, regulations no 1038 "provisions on packing slips with the State revenue service assigned numbers" Issued in accordance with the law "About taxes and duties" in the third paragraph of article 28.1 do Cabinet of 27 December 2005, regulations no 1038 "provisions on packing slips with the State revenue service assigned numbers" (Latvian journal, 2005, 210. No; 2006, nr. 201.) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 31, the number and the word "(annex 3).
2. Supplement with 19.3 points as follows: "review of the waybill number 31.1 utilization indicates the following: 31.1 1. reference period;
31.1 2. taxpayer registration code (with the value added tax-taxable person – the registration number of the State revenue service with value added tax taxable persons ' register);
31.1 3. taxpayer name (physical person – name, surname);
31.1 4. spent and number of the cancelled slip (used "I" cancelled "A"), the series number (from-to) and;
31.1 5. taxpayer's official position, name, surname and telephone number;
31.1 6. taxpayer's signature of an official of that Office;
31.1 7. date on which the report is made. "
