Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 496 Riga, July 1, 2008 (pr. No. 45 23) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 28 June 2005, regulations no 480 "rules about the order in which local authorities can impose fees" Issued in accordance with the law "About taxes and duties" in article 12 for the first, second, fourth and fifth to make Cabinet of 28 June 2005, regulations no 480 "rules about the order in which local authorities can impose fees" (Latvian journal, 2005, nr. 102) the following amendments : 1. Complement with 14.1 points as follows: "fees for municipal 14.1 infrastructure maintenance and development of the same Government is entitled to impose on the persons in the territory of the local government implemented construction."
2. Supplement with 16.6. bottom point as follows: "from the levy of 16.6. municipal infrastructure maintenance and development – natural persons when construction of the intention to exercise its provision of residence (dzīvok Lee, viendzīvokļ or divdzīvokļ in a residential house, outbuildings, garage for individual use)."
3. To supplement the provisions of the following paragraph 22: "22. This provision 14.1 points and 16.6. subparagraph applies to July 1, 2008."
