No 46 45) security arrangements for agricultural and processed products Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act, 8 the second paragraph of article 1 defines the security rules for the application of the lesser Germany and its processed products. 2. the security shall be applied in accordance with the Commission on 22 July 1985, Regulation (EEC) no 2220/85 laying down common detailed rules for the application of the system of securities for agricultural products (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation No 2220/85), the implementation of the common agricultural market to market an amortisation and organ promotion measures. 3. the guarantee shall be submitted to the Commission Regulation No 2220/85 (1) of article 8 in ways, while not defined in paragraph 2 shall be submitted. 4. The security shall not be submitted to Commission Regulation No 2220/85 laid down in article 6. 5. a security shall be submitted if the amount to be secured not less than the equivalent of EUR 500 and other Union regulations unless otherwise specified. 6. the rural support service in accordance with the Commission on 9 June 2000, Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000 laying down common detailed rules for the application of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for agricultural products, or article 35 the Commission's June 30, 2005, Regulation (EC) No 1043/2005 implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 3448/93 as regards the system of granting export refunds on certain agricultural products exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex I to the Treaty, and the amount of such refunds and the criteria for fixing, article 44 paragraph 3 shall be released or part of the collateral after the license or certificate of the EC for the port owner's compensation application. 7. the rural support service, in accordance with Commission Regulation No 2220/85 article 27 on the basis of a personal application, exempt all or part of the security, if there is evidence of a specific element of the commitments in the part of the Security released shall not be less than the equivalent of 100 EUROS and other European Union legislation provides otherwise. 8. If security is forfeited, Commission Regulation No 2220/85 (1) of article 8 a provision referred to in field support service charge without prior šēj. 9. If the withholding amount does not exceed the equivalent of EUR 60, it does not charge. 10. The sum of money specified in these provisions, the European Union's single currency are translated into lats according to the Commission of 20 December 2006, Regulation (EC) No 1913/2006 laying down detailed rules for the application of the agrimonetary arrangements for the euro in agriculture and amending several regulations. 11. The guarantor that the legal status of the person concerned, regulations governing registered in the Republic of Latvia as a credit institution, a credit union or insurance company to obtain approval in accordance with Commission Regulation No 2220/85 (1) of article 16, prior to the first provision of the submitted Field support services: 11.1. Financial and capital market Commission issued a certified copy of the licence;
11.2. list of persons empowered to sign the guarantees, and specimen signatures;
11.3. guarantor's seal. 12. The guarantor registered in any of the membership of the European economic area countries as a credit institution, a credit union or insurance company to obtain approval in accordance with Commission Regulation No 2220/85 (1) of article 16, prior to the first provision of the submitted Field support services: 12.1. credit institutions, credit unions or insurance company supervisory authorities of a societal issue of authorization;
12.2. list of persons empowered to sign the guarantees, and specimen signatures;
