The guarantor registered in any of the membership of the European economic area countries as a credit institution, a credit union or insurance company to obtain approval in accordance with Commission Regulation No 2220/85 (1) of article 16, prior to the first provision of the submitted Field support services: 12.1. credit institutions, credit unions or insurance company supervisory authorities of a societal issue of authorization;
12.2. list of persons empowered to sign the guarantees, and specimen signatures;
