Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 509 in Riga on July 7, 2008 (pr. No 46 32) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 12 March 2002, the Regulation No 118 ' rules on surface and groundwater quality "Issued in accordance with the law" on pollution "in article 12, the second paragraph to make the Cabinet of 12 March 2002, the Regulation No 118 ' rules on surface and groundwater quality" (Latvian journal, 2002, 50 no; 2002, 143 no; 2005, 160. no) the following amendments: 1. delete the reference to which the provisions of the basic law issued , the words "and the law" on environmental protection "article 18, second subparagraph".
2. Delete paragraph 4, the word "water".
3. Replace the words "paragraph 11.1., ammonium nitrite" with the words "ammonium ion, nitrite '.
4. The deletion of chapter IV.
5. Replace the second sentence of paragraph 25, the words "the chloride, sulphate, electrical conductivity" with the words "hlorīdjon, sulfātjon, electrical conductivity".
6. Delete the second sentence of paragraph 27.
7. Replace the introductory paragraph of paragraph 28:7.1 the words and figures "than these rules 3, 4, 8 and 9." with the words and figures "than this provision 3, 8 and 9 in the annex";
7.2. the words and figures "obtained with these rules 3, 4, 8 and 9." with the words and figures "produced by this provision 3, 8 and 9.".
8. Delete paragraph 34.
9. Delete paragraph 41.2. the words "or the water use permit".
10. Express 43 as follows: "43. Ministry of the environment according to the law" on pollution "to develop article 17 of the programme of Action priority waters of fish to reduce pollution and that rule 3. the requirements set out in the annex under quality assurance."
11. Delete the number in 44.1 "18".
12. Delete paragraph 44.2. the number "34".
13. Delete 45.2. section.
14. Replace the words "in paragraph 49 that action programmes" with the words "the said programme of action".
15. The deletion of the content in the reference to European Union directives, paragraph 2 and 3.
16. Add to the informative reference to directives of the European Union with the following paragraph 11: "11) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 February 2006, Directive 2006/11/EC on pollution caused by certain dangerous substances discharged into the aquatic environment of the community."
17. Replace paragraph 2 of annex 3 in the second column of the word "organic" with the word "biochemical".
18. Deletion of annex 4.
19. Replace paragraph 41 of Annex 8 of the sixth column, the word "the" with the words "ammonium ammonium ion".
20. Replace table 1 of the annex 10 paragraph 3 of the second column of the word "Mass" with the word "synthetic".
21. Replace annex 10 2. table 1.1 below the second column of paragraph 1 the word "organic" with the word "biochemical".
22. Replace table 2 of annex 10 of the 1.5 second box below the word "mass" with the word "synthetic".
