Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 523 in Riga on July 7, 2008 (pr. No 46 31) provisions concerning the management of bathing water quality monitoring, and public awareness of the requirements Issued under the water act in dozens of article 5 paragraph 6 of part a and article 22 fifth i. General questions 1. determines: 1.1. requirements for the monitoring of bathing water;
1.2. the bathing water quality assessment and grading procedures;
1.3. measures in the set of bathing water quality and human health protection se ve;
1.4. requirements for public information on the quality of bathing water. 2. the provisions do not apply to swimming pools and curative waters, as well as artificially created confined waters separated from surface water and ground water. 3. the national agency "public health agency (hereinafter the Agency) pursuant to the bathing water monitoring schedule plan each year, from 15 May to 15 by the SEPTA, br (hereinafter referred to as the bathing season) out of the set of bathing water quality Monito ring: 3.1 Annex 1 of these rules in those bathing;

IV. Measures in the set of bathing water quality and human health 19. 18.4. If the bathing water is subject to short-term pollution: 29.6.1. warning if predictable short-term pollution or threat thereof is possible, and information about its expected duration;
29.6.2. notice that the quality of the bathing water found short-term pollution;
29.6.3. information about conditions that could cause short-term pollution;
29.6.4. information about the causes of short-term pollution and the measures taken to prevent the pollution of bathing water and analyse its causes;
29.6.5. information on the number of days in the previous bathing season, which had been banned from swimming or had advised against short-term pollution;
18.5. the nature of the emergency and the expected duration;
29.8. the delisting on bathing bathing bathing the deletion of the list and the reasons;

These provisions and the information referred to in paragraph 32: the internet, the Agency placed no later than April 15, 2009. 36. paragraph 3.1 of these regulations is valid until 14 May 2010. 37.
