No 51 22. §) rules on the labelling of objects and of the fitting aizsarggaism issued in accordance with the law "on the air" in article 41 the sixth part i. General questions 1. determines the order in which the owner and possessor of the object shall be marked and shall be provided with the following aizsarggaism aircraft flight safety of potentially dangerous objects: 1.1., the height of an object above their location 100 metres and an embossed reaches more;
1.2. the objects whose absolute height of 30 metres and more above ground the absolute height of control points – five kilometres of it – or that approach or exceed any aerodrome obstacle limitation surfaces;
1.3. objects that are independent of the height of the aircraft will take off or landing, two kilometres from the nearest runway threshold. 2. Objects marked and equipped with aizsarggaism, regard the national agencies ' Civil Aviation Agency "(hereinafter referred to as the Civil Aviation Agency) laws in the order issued on aircraft flight safety of potentially hazardous objects construction, installation and deployment (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Aviation Agency's permission). 3. If the object is constructed before the entry into force of these regulations and that do not pose a threat to flight safety, marking and fitting the object with aizsarggaism are not subject to this provision, (II) and (iii). 4. the object of the aizsarggaism damage that lasts more than 30 minutes after it is issued and is associated with the object of permanent aizsarggaism the top or flashing of aizsarggaism, regardless of the level of the object, the object's owner or possessor shall immediately be reported to the State joint stock company "Latvian air traffic" part of aeronautical information (hereinafter referred to as the aeronautical information). 5. the air navigation information after this provision in paragraph 4, the receipt of that information to warn aircraft pilots, issuing NOTES for notification (notification that is sent via electronic means of communication, and that contain information about any air navigation facility, services and rules, changes, or information about the dangers). 6. the owner or possessor of the object NOT notice was issued provide the following information: 6.1 the supplier name, address, telephone number;
6.2. the owner of the object;
6.3. the object type;
6.4. the location of the object, including the geographical coordinates and landmark land;
6.5. the object height above sea level;
6.6. the prevention of damage. 7. After the failure of the owner or possessor of the object will immediately notify the aeronautical information. 8. the object of the action of objects aizsarggaism the owner or possessor is controlled visually or with automatic control system. 9. aizsarggaism object system, which controls the Visual, check at least every 24 hours in all its intensity will for action according to the rules laid down in annex aizsarggaism technical characteristics. 10. Using object aizsarggaism automatic control system, communication activities and aizsarggaism activities the status of receiving approval at least once every 24 hours. Object aizsarggaism automatic control systems control feature (acoustic or Visual) must be in the object's owner or possessor of the designated person in charge. 11. the object of the aizsarggaism State of the system registers every day object log. 12. aizsarggaism glass object are replaced if they are cracked or dirty, and installed supplementary, if possible in glass. II. marking of objects objects marked 13 (color): 13.1. sequential contrasting color bands, if it has a continuous surface where one edge of a horizontal or vertical direction more than 1.5 metres, while the other side is less than 4.5 metres, or if it has a wireframe form height or width is greater than 1.5 metres. The band forms a perpendicular to the largest dimension, the width shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of annex 2. To bar contrast with the background, use the Orange and white colors, except where these colors to blend in with the surroundings. The band ends the darker colors of an object (annex 2 and 3);
13.2. Plaid when it has a continuous surface and the projection on a vertical plane is less than 4.5 metres in two dimensions. Creates the panes as rectangles with an edge length of not less than 1.5 metres and not more than three metres, the darker the color of the corners (annex 2). Check mark use orange and white or red and white, except for the colors to blend in with the surroundings;
13.3. in one easy, if its projection on a vertical plane is less than 1.5 meters in both dimensions. Use orange or red color, except where these colors to blend in with the surroundings. 14. This provision referred to in paragraph 13 of the cases required to generate the contrast can also be used for other colors. 15. Markers (colored, spherical shaped objects with a diameter of not less than 60 centimeters), which are placed on objects or directly next to them and not more of the same objects, set so that the object can be clearly identified at least 1000 metres from the air and 300 meters from the ground, and they do not increase post object. 16. The interval between two adjacent markers, or between the marker and the props are: 16.1.30-35 meters, if the marker is 60 to 80 centimeters in diameter;
16.2.35-40 meters, if the marker is 80-130 cm in diameter;
16.3.40 meters and more, if the marker is 130 centimeters in diameter and more. 17. If there are several air wires or cables, markers placed in the point which is not less than the highest run level. 18. White, red or orange markers placed alternately. 19. temporarily deployed objects marked with the following flags: 19.1 monochrome orange flags that edges the length not less than 0.6 meters. If the orange color to blend in with the surroundings, use other well distinguishable colors;
19.2. Plaid flags that edge length not less than 0.9 metres. Tartan flags each pane edge not less than 0.3 metres. Use the Orange and white or red and white. If these colors to blend in with the surroundings, use other well distinguishable colors for flags in contrast with each other and with the background on which they appear;
19.3. triangular flags, which one party is orange, and the other a white or a red one, the other white. If these colors to blend in with the surroundings, use other well distinguishable colors. 20. for the marking of objects placed around the object flags, its top or around the top edge not less frequently than every 15 metres. III. use of Aizsarggaism 21. object shall be fitted with low, medium or high intensity aizsarggaism (annex 1) or a combination thereof. Aizsarggaism set up as closely as possible to the highest point of the object representing the object or the edge of the points which have the highest relative to aerodrome obstacle limitation surfaces. 22. If the object width and length is small and its height above the terrain is the location of less than 45 metres or 100 to 150 meters from where the object is located outside the aerodrome obstacle limitation surface horizontal borders, uses A type of low-intensity aizsarggaism, but localities with increased background brightness – type B low intensity aizsarggaism (annex 3). 23. If an object occupies a large area or height above terrain location exceeds 45 metres, use (A), (B) or (C) type of medium intensity aizsarggaism. (A) and (C) type of medium intensity use separately, aizsarggaism type B aizsarggaism of medium intensity are used alone or in combination with type B low intensity aizsarggaism. 24. (A) the type of high-intensity aizsarggaism used to denote an object whose height above the location of more than 150 metres of relief or Civil Aviation air navigation agency research shows that such light is necessary for identification of the object during the day. 25. Type B high intensity aizsarggaism are used to denote air wire or cable supports where: 25.1. Civil Aviation air navigation agency research shows that such light air is required for wire or cable;
25.2. for practical reasons the tokens may not be attached to wires or cables. 26. using type B high intensity aizsarggaism, they are located on three levels: 26.1. based at the highest point.
26.2. air or cable wire catenary curve lowest point;

26.3. the middle between this rule 26.1 and 26.2. subparagraph. levels. 27. the Lit objects, causing debris from the upper aizsarggaism of the deployed up to 1.5 metres 3 below the highest point of the object (annex 3). 28. With the temporary aizsarggaism object to be equipped with the construction, installation or deployment when the object reaches the height of the Civil Aviation Agency's permit. 29. Wind the generator gondola is equipped with two aizsarggaism so that their positions in the horizontal plane aircraft pilot to provide not less than one aizsarggaism of visibility from any direction and aizsarggaism area of 360 degrees would be. 30. Objects, which can be equipped with aizsarggaism (for example, fixed balloon, the Church's Bell Tower), can fade with three or more lights, placed equidistantly around the base. Spotlights provide not less than an average of 160 luxury lighting object the top third. 31. If A or B type high intensity aizsarggaism or A type of medium intensity use night aizsarggaism can impair pilots in the vicinity of the aerodrome a 10 kilometre radius or cause significant environmental problems in populated areas and on the show the Civil Aviation Agency's aeronautical research, provides a double object illumination system with type A or B high intensity or aizsarggaism, if necessary with A type A medium-intensity aizsarggaism of day and twilight hours and (B) or (C) type of medium intensity aizsarggaism of the night. 32. If a high-intensity aizsarggaism of the day you need to refer to the mast or antenna where the top is the enhancement as zibensnovedēj or exceeds 12 metres in height, but the top is not possible to set a high-intensity, high-intensity aizsarggaism aizsarggaism shall be possible at a higher point, but the peak, if it may be A type of medium-intensity aizsarggaism. 33. If the aerodrome obstacle limitation surface is sloping and the highest point of the object above the surface is not the highest point of this object, put an additional aizsarggaism on the highest part of the object. 34. in order to determine the appropriate number of levels aizsarggaism, as defined in this rule 35, 36, 37 and 38, the use of ground level or its equivalent-around top of existing buildings (annex 3). 35. If the object is represented by A type of medium-intensity aizsarggaism, but its highest point is higher than 105 metres, between the aizsarggaism and the upper ground level or near the highest point of the building equal distances from each other places additional aizsarggaism so that the interval between them does not exceed 105 meters. 36. If the object is marked with the type B aizsarggaism of medium intensity, but its highest point above about 45 meters, between the aizsarggaism and the upper ground level or in the vicinity of the highest point of the building in addition to interchangeably deploy low-intensity type B and type B aizsarggaism medium-intensity aizsarggaism so that the interval between them does not exceed 52 metres. 37. If the object is marked with the type C aizsarggaism of medium intensity, but its highest point above about 45 meters, between the aizsarggaism and the upper ground level or near the highest point of the building equal distances from each other places additional aizsarggaism so that the interval between them does not exceed 52 metres. 38. If the object is represented by A or type B low intensity protected the lights, but it's the highest point is higher than 100 metres, between the aizsarggaism and the upper ground level or near the highest point of the building equal distances from each other places additional aizsarggaism so that the interval between them does not exceed 45 metres. 39. If starplīmeņo uses A type of high-intensity aizsarggaism, its located equal distances from each other so as to intervals not exceeding 105 metres between the ground level and the provisions referred to in paragraph 32 of the upper aizsarggaism (aizsarggaism), except when determining the number of levels on the ground level of the building is used equivalent to the highest point. 40. (A) and (B) the type of high-intensity angle aizsarggaism the Setup complies with these regulations in annex 4. 41. Low, medium and high intensity aizsarggaism number and arrangement of each level to ensure the visibility of the object flying in a horizontal plane from any direction, and aizsarggaism the area is 360 degrees. IV. Aizsarggaism transaction characteristics On the 42. object type (A) and (B) a medium-intensity and high-intensity type of synchronous flashes aizsarggaism. 43. air wires or cable supports in letter type B high intensity flashes of consecutive aizsarggaism-first impulse gives the mean aizsarggaism, then aizsarggaism, which is set up on the top, and finally in the lower aizsarggaism. 44. air wires or cable supports the marking type B high intensity aizsarggaism of the intervals between pulses choose as follows: 44.1. Pulse interval between the middle and upper aizsarggaism is 1/13 of the total cycle;
44.2. the momentum of the interval between the upper and lower aizsarggaism are 2/13 parts of the total cycle;
27.5. Pulse interval between the lower and middle aizsarggaism is 10/13 parts of the total cycle. Prime Minister i. Godmanis traffic Minister a. shlesers annex 1 Cabinet on July 21, 2008. Aizsarggaism of the area should be 360 °, so these requirements required to execute the aizsarggaism number depends on the aizsarggaism of each horizontal dispersion angle as well as from the object's shape, i.e. If is less scatter angle, need more aizsarggaism.   The notes. (a) Effective intensity). (b) beam dispersion angle) is defined as the angle between the two directions of the plane where the intensity is 50% of the 4, 5 and 6 in the box specified ranges of intensity of the smallest values. Star shape is not necessarily symmetrical in relation to the height angle, in which the maximum aid intensity is reached. c) height (vertical) angle determined in relation to the horizontal plane. d) intensity any horizontal radial direction as interest from the actual maximum intensity the same radial direction every 4, 5 and 6 in the box specified intensity values. e) intensity any particular radial direction as interest from the actual maximum intensity the same radial direction every 4, 5 and 6 in the box specified intensity values. (f)) in addition to the identified values of aizsarggaism intensity must be sufficient to ensure the visibility of aizsarggaism height of the angles between 0 ° and in the range of ± 50 °.
