Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 Riga, July 21, 2008 (pr. No 51 19) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 November 2001, Regulation No 492 of the "order of ensuring student safety education and organized events" Issued under the Education Act, paragraph 21 of article 14 to make a Cabinet of 20 November 2001, Regulation No 492 of the "order of ensuring student safety education and organized events" (Latvian journal, 2001, nr. 172; 2003, 176 no) the following amendments : 1. Express 3.1 the second sentence of subparagraph by the following: "the opinion on the compliance of education requirements, prepare the responsible supervisory body-the State fire and rescue service and the public health agency;".
2. To supplement the provisions under point 3.1, the following wording: "3.1 educational control and monitoring of labour relations and labour protection laws by the State labour inspection, at least once every school year through preventive surveys in accordance with the national labour inspectorate Act and regulations health and labour relations in the area."
